Cairo excursion by minibus (Maximum 8 people group)
This trip is for those who don’t want to adapt to a large, 50-person bus and want to get to Cairo faster and more comfortably.
Program itinerary:
Departure: Late evening / early morning (between 1:00 and 2:00 AM depending on the hotel), we will pick you up in a modern, air-conditioned minibus. Since we are a small group, there is no need to spend hours visiting other hotels; we set off quickly.
The Giza Pyramids: Upon arriving in Cairo, we start with the most famous pyramids of the ancient world (Cheops, Khafre, Menkaure). We will also see the monumental Sphinx and the associated Valley Temple. You will have plenty of time for photos and walking.
Lunch: We will have lunch in a local restaurant with a great atmosphere (included in the price).
Egyptian Museum: In the afternoon, we visit the world’s largest collection of ancient Egyptian antiquities. Here you can see Tutankhamun’s incredible treasury, including the famous 11-kilogram solid gold funerary mask and the massive solid gold sarcophagus.
Return journey: After the museum, we board the bus, and you will be back at your hotel around 9:00 PM.
“Practical Info:”
When does it depart? Daily except Friday with English and French guidance. With German guidance: Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday.
How long? The entire program is approx. 18 hours.
Transfer surcharge: If your hotel is outside Hurghada (e.g., Makadi, Soma Bay, Safaga, Sahl Hasheesh), the transfer is +5 €/person due to the distance.
